Miss BRV, Ross Park, The Prophet
So we have had a busy couple of weeks, On July 30th was Miss BRV, (Congrats to our Royalty) I love to help at the pageant it is so awesome to see these girls grow and change so quickly during their year in service. We will miss 2008 winner Morgan Roche. At dress rehearsal 2 days before pageant these two were the main stars everyone loved them, Kayson is Chandlie Deakin's Baby boy he is 5 days younger then Miss Chloe and I think they are adorable
. The Next day we had a Baby shower down in Salt lake(I'm so sorry Chrissi that I missed yours) my 1st cousin Emalee she now has a beautiful baby boy Samuel Fin, Her sisters Jenny, Me & Chloe , Chrystal, her baby Bella
. Then it was off to the annual Ross Park Rose/Bennett reunion Chloe's 1st swimming experience and my 1st swimsuit since the baby, We did okay No Sunburned baby but I was red as a tomato.
This is Gabby, she was born about 14 days after Chloe. how cute is this, holding hands they just stared at each other all day if one was eating the other was sleeping then reversed, then they just rolled with each other on the blanket. We also had Chloe's 4 month mark and shots she is actually 50% in all her categories, And we started Rice cereal and she loved it I mean grabbing the bowl and licking it love it.
So far we have had a great summer, and can't wait for Aunt Kami to come and visit.
AND as bonus for reading this blog, This last Thursday I went to the Ellen Eccles Theatre to see Camelot with my Nana and all my Aunts and Uncles (I was Nana's date) Just as we were getting ready Everyone stood up Why you ask? because Pres. Thomas S. Monson walk right on in and sat down. Thne Michael Ballam annouced him properly and he stood waved. How cool is that!!!! I spent the entire intermission taking pictures like I crazy person including sneaking up stairs to the balcony. My family were acting like a rockstar had just entered and I guess one sort of did. He is right in the middle in the suit I just wished that he would have turned around.(this was with out zooming.)

Happy 4th of July, Or 24th whatever
Well I'm late on blogging the 4th as usually so just pretend it happens on the 24th and I'll be ahead.
I love the 4th of July, America, Patriotism, Independence, Freedom, History, Hamburgers and Fireworks. It truly is my favorite holiday(even more then Christmas and maybe my birthday). I love that the whole country celebrates being a country united, no matter what the government is like we all still support our military who protect our freedoms, and I love it!! I know this sounds silly but it reminds me of a friday night high school game celebrating with all of our friends our team, no matter the score we are there and loving it. Same thing on the 4th we are all there celebrating our team USA.
This year we went to the Riverside Celebration (as we have every year) And is was amazing as usually. We went to breakfast, lunch and dinner, unfortunately we slept through the parade.Getting up in the morning
Then the next was Chloe's blessing, I finally got some pictures from my grandpa Yeah!!
This is my cousin Paul we are the same age but we grew up in totally different towns, He still lives in Taylorsville UT But I'm bragging about him because that is my little sister Ashlee who has Autism. I love there special relationship he is always been so patient with her and he is her hero. I just love him to pieces (Not his beard thing). He is just like the big brother I always wanted and I guess that he is , even if it is by 10months and 80 miles away. Thanks for coming cousin I love ya

Bear World & Idhao Falls
Every year or so my mom's family try to go down to St. George to see a play or two at the Tucan Theatre. Well this year we went the opposite way and still had a blast .We got all the shopping you could ask for, good food, and adventure. It was also my cousin Megan's little girls blessing Gabrielle Rose. It looks like I just got pictures of us at bear world. This is Jay entertaining Chloe while we wait in line(She is so impressed)
Here are all my brothers and sisters
At the park they have this darling little petting zoo and animals are so well behaved and they will walk right up to you, and let you touch them.My little brother Luke is really into pigs right now,but he was pretty nervous around this one
How cool is this deer I never been that close to one in my life with out it running away
I was totally obsessive with these baby goats 6 days old
Check out the peacock.
Jay, Luke. Uncle Ken and the baby goats.
More of those goats I asked if I could but and take it home I can't think of a cuter lawn mower I was totally thinking of Jason.
These baby bears are 3 months old and are darling they have brown and black,
You could pay $50 to bottle fed one, but we just watched instead.
We did go on this tour where you ride in the back of truck thing and feed the bears doughnuts and muffins, Even my 85 year old Nana was throwing tho the bears. They seriously jump right up on the truck I loved it.
They had these little rides for kids ,
and Chloe got her picture taken on this huge stuffed bear.
and then as we were leaving we all go get our picture with the craved one out front.( we were all so tired)
Then after that you drive through the park as many times as you want to watch the bears. They were so fun and actually climbed on to car and breathed on the window we loved it!!! We drove through three times. I can't wait to go again.

Chloe
On July 5th we bless our little sweetheart, and I being the brillant mother that I am forgot to bring a camra but I did take her to Kiddie Kandids two days early and had her picture taken in her dress I think that she is beautiful(Sorry Kami I am a day late).
She was such a trooper but I only got couple of smiles from her
I think the one in her hat is hilarious,
The pink blanket is actually ours my Nana made it for her.
We have been busy bees at the Capener cottage, but we still love and I will try and get better at the blogging thing

Everything is a First
Well I have been so busy just being mom, Dance Factory is winding down and will be over next week. Farming is in full swing and Jason started to irrigate this week. I've noticed something being a new mom that everything is a 1st, and trying to stay on top of it is impossible but here our some of our 1st that we have had the last couple of weeks. We had our first bath awhile ago, but something interesting is that I had my first bath in the same sink at my Nana's 21 years ago. I hope you don't mind naked babies screaming.
She'll hate these when she's older.
Next was our first TRACTOR ride, this could not come soon enough for Dad and we finally made it this week with lunch baby Chloe and me but no Lucie maybe next time. Dad so excited to see us.
In front of the big green tractor.
Riding with dad
. Riding in mom's arms till we fell fast asleep
.Today was the second week we went to church As Chloe was getting ready I set out these sweet crocheted sandals for her to wear I had one her and Jason walked in and said that she wasn't wearing those silly things if she was going to wear anything it was her boots.
I told him that they didn't fit and we do not wear boots to church he didn't believe me so he put it on her foot. She doesn't look to impressed with her parents.
In the end we didn't wear anything on our feet. So cute that he cares about her footwear.

1 month old, 2 years, and 3 happy Capeners
Well what a month our little Chloe is a whole month old, We've had lots of fun and adjusting, and a very busy month. My poor house, Jason went to work for IFA and I have been home with the babe, I also went back to teaching tumbling this month. I'm glad babies are portable Because this baby sure gets to travel.
We had a fun Easter, Aunt Kami came to visit and took very good care of Chloe so that I could run my errands. Chloe looks a little sleepy but we did go and throw our eggs even if she stayed in the car.
We got to share her with our friends from high school.
Great Great Grandma Rhoda, Jason & Chloe, A 5 generation picture to come.
Also it was Jason & I 2 year anniversary today. Jason remembered it all by himself wished me a "happy 3 year anniversary" I said thank you but it's only been 2 years, his repile was that everyday it just so filled with love it feels like more then just 2 years. Well I think it might be that we are a little low on sleep.
